A run session suited to all abilities. Run/walk at your own pace. We will be based at the Arana grass track, running some warm up drills and then an interval session. Training with a group is more fun and motivating. Come along for a great workout! Some weeks we meet at a different location to mix things up. Please contact us if you would like to join us!
