Would you like some guidance and structure to help you achieve your running goals? Whether it be a first time 5km, a marathon PB or an ultra-marathon challenge, Michelle will tailor a program that is right for you.
Michelle will design a monthly training program, which includes specific workouts and is built around your profile and goals/objectives. Development of your program starts with an initial consultation with Michelle to establish a suitable program that will fit in with your lifestyle. Factors taken into account include your running background, work and family commitments, past or current injuries, and any other factors that are important to you. During the program, you will have access to Michelle's feedback along the way via email at least once per week (and in person during our training sessions if you choose to attend).
If at any point during the training process you have questions, concerns or setbacks, Michelle will be there to help you adjust your training and get you back on track.
